Rock Steady Boxing is a nationally recognized, non-contact boxing fitness program specifically designed for people with Parkinson's disease. Whether you or a loved one is navigating a new diagnosis or continuing long-term care, we’re here to support every step of the journey with compassionate, expert care.
A typical session may include:
- Stretching and warm-up exercises
- Footwork, agility, and coordination drills
- Punching combinations on heavy bags and speed bags
- Core strengthening exercises
- Balance and gait training
- Cognitive challenges integrated into physical drills
- Cool down and stretching
No boxing experience necessary. All you need is a willingness to fight back.
